How do I personalize my jewelry?
Choose your favorite piece, select your preferred options, and upload the photo you'd like us to use. If engraving is available, you can also add a name or meaningful message.
We'll review your customization details before production. If we need a clearer photo or any additional information, we'll reach out to you.
What kind of photo should I upload?
We recommend a clear, well-lit photo where your pet or loved one's face is easy to see. Natural lighting and high-resolution images usually work best.
Try to avoid blurry, heavily filtered, or very dark photos. If we're unsure whether your image will work well, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Can I add a name or special engraving?
Yes! Selected pieces offer personalized engraving, allowing you to add a name, date, or short message that means something special to you.
Simply select the engraving option on the product page and enter your preferred text. Engraving availability, character limits, and any additional charges will be shown before checkout.
How long will my order take?
Each FURVORY piece is made especially for you.
Once we receive your photo and all necessary customization details, preparation and dispatch typically take around 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery then takes approximately 8–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Orders requiring additional customization details, as well as unexpected shipping delays, may take longer.
Is U.S. shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Your estimated delivery timeframe will be provided in our shipping information, and tracking details will be shared once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans can change!
If your order hasn't entered production yet, you can request a cancellation for a full refund or ask us to update your customization details.
Because each piece is made just for you, changes and cancellations are generally no longer possible once production has started.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want your keepsake to be something you'll love and treasure.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the customization details you provided, please contact us promptly through our Contact Us page.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it. Depending on the circumstances, we'll arrange an appropriate remake, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
